Server Side Update 17/10/14

Hi everyone,

In the last 24 hours a server side update has been implemented. See the change log below:

• fixed a rare bug that caused problems with a small number of Commanders' cargo holds
• removed duplicate commodities from the system map's import & export lists
• restored bounty reports to the starport news
• Reliability improvements to exploration scanning
